1. Rental Agreement and Equipment
Ownership: All electric bikes (e-bikes), chargers, helmets, and accessories remain the property of EcoRidaz Rental and Tours.
Condition: E-bikes are provided in safe, working condition. Customers must inspect the bike before use and report any issues.
Usage: E-bikes must be used on paved roads (unless specifically designed otherwise) and for personal recreation, not commercial purposes.
2. Eligibility and Safety
Requirements: Riders must be 16+years old with a valid ID.
Helmets: Helmets are included and mandatory for the duration of the ride.
Ability: Customers must be capable of operating an electric bike safely.
Traffic Laws: Riders must adhere to all local traffic laws and regulations.
3. Payment, Deposit, and Cancellation
Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking or upon collection.
Deposit: A refundable security deposit ($150-$300 typical) is required per bike for damage or theft.
Cancellation: Cancellations made 24 hours in advance receive a full refund; later cancellations may result in fees.
4. Damage, Theft, and Liability
Liability: The customer is fully responsible for the care of the bike during the rental period.
Damage/Theft: In the event of damage or theft, the customer is responsible for the cost of repairs or replacement, up to the full value of the bike (approx. $2500–$3500 for high-end e-bikes).

5. Return Policy
Timeliness: Bikes must be returned by the agreed-upon time. Late returns may incur extra fees.
Cleanliness: Bikes should be returned in the same condition as received. Extremely dirty bikes may incur cleaning fees.
6. Tours and Guided Services
Safety Instructions: Tour participants must follow all instructions given by the tour guide.
Modification: EcoRidaz Rental and Tours reserves the right to change tour routes due to weather or safety concerns.
